The app uses GPS to detect your position in real time and show you reported dangers nearby, as well as suggest safe areas and vet clinics.
- What is the "Safe Walk" feature?
The "Safe Walk" feature lets you turn on continuous monitoring of your walk with your dog, receiving alerts if you approach dangerous areas.
- Can I report a danger without a photo?
No, a photo is required to report a danger.
- Can I see reports made by other users?
Yes, you can view all active reports nearby directly on the map.
- Is my data safe?
Yes, your data is protected. We use carefully selected technical providers only where necessary to deliver and improve the service, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can also delete your account at any time from the profile section.
- Can I change my nickname?
Yes, you can change your nickname once a month from the profile section.
- Can I receive notifications when the app is closed?
Yes, if you have enabled push notifications in your phone settings, you will receive alerts even when the app is closed.
- What kind of dangers can I report?
You can report poisoned baits, broken glass, suspicious bait, dangerous areas, injured animals, traps and any other situation that is risky for dogs.
